Our chocolate is made for kids, but our website is made for grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We collect what we need to process your order, ship it, and keep in touch if you ask us to.
We don't store your full card number. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
You can opt out of marketing and targeted ads at any time, and ask us to see, correct, or delete your information.

Who we are

Chocoraph operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or buy from the Services, or otherwise communicate with us. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to your personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Our products are made for families and children, but our website and online Services are intended for adults 18 and older. Accounts and purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, or other adult.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us, email info@chocoraph.com and we will delete it promptly.

We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we do not have actual knowledge of doing so.

Our relationship with Shopify

Shopify hosts the Services and processes personal information to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transferred to Shopify and to third parties located in other countries.

We use certain Shopify features that combine data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. For those features, Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information, including responding to your requests about it. Third-party websites

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure, and information sent over the internet may not be secure in transit. Please don't send sensitive information through unsecured channels.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Global Privacy Control. If you visit with the Global Privacy Control signal turned on, we will treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device, where required by law. Marketing messages. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text. We may still send you messages about your orders or account.

How to make a request. Email info@chocoraph.com or use the links above. We may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent, but we may ask for proof of authorization and ask you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by law, and we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision or to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country where you live. For transfers out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or UK equivalents, unless the destination country has been found to provide adequate protection.
